Lakeshore Talent is seeking Equipment Technician to support a well-known and nationally ranked hospital in Aurora, CO.
Pay : $30-35 per hour
Contract Length : 6 months to start with potential for extension and / or permanent hire
Shift : Monday – Friday; 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm(40 hours per week)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues in medical devices by working closely with experienced technicians and using specialized tools for evaluation.
- Practices adjusting, aligning, and testing equipment components under guidance, employing technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and precision instruments.
- Assists with regular upkeep and repairs on medical devices to ensure they meet safety standards and operate reliably.
- Maintains detailed records of equipment evaluations, servicing, and repairs in alignment with department protocols.
- Supports routine maintenance activities such as cleaning, fine-tuning, and lubricating devices to extend their usability.
- Contributes to assessing the condition of medical equipment, categorizing devices for repair, replacement, or disposal based on established guidelines.
