Part-time Administrative Assistant
Contract-to-Hire | $25 / hr | Onsite in Denver Tech Center (DTC)
Lakeshore Talent is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) area. This role will start on a temporary, part-time basis (25 hours per week for the first 4-6 months) and has the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position. The ideal schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 AM – 5 PM, though some flexibility may be available. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Position Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative and data entry support, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency across departments. Responsibilities include :
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Assisting with document preparation, reports, and presentations.
- Managing email communication and scheduling.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files.
- Supporting various administrative tasks to improve workflow and efficiency.
