Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist. Applicant will be responsible for greeting clients and patients, building and strengthening those relationships, appointment scheduling, client education, phone etiquette, filing, processing payments, cleaning front desk areas, and great communication with both our team and with clients.
Qualifications
- Veterinary or medical reception experience required
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to work both solo and as part of a team
- Friendly and compassionate with both people and animals
Salary : $12 - $16
