Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will ensure that our guests have a positive dining experience, and you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Interest in preparing, serving and selling: Pizza, Ice Cream, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Drinks, Icees, Sno Cones, French Fries, Funnel Cakes and more.
MUST Work ALL Saturdays and Sundays through mid-September.
Some weekday evening hours available if weekend work performed.
Skills
- Proficient in food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while also providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is advantageous but not required.
