Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization, ensuring that each home is left spotless and welcoming for our clients.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Assist with kitchen duties including cleaning dishes, cooking light meals, and organizing pantry items.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
- Must also be willing to perform/assist with other tasks such as meal preparation, lunch packing, household/pantry organization, dish washing, car cleaning and more.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving furniture and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is a plus.

-Must be honest and punctual
-Must be willing to travel to different cleaning sites across the Denver metro area -- Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Lakewood, Lowry, Cherry Creek, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Mountain View and more.
-No substance use including smoking while inside cleaning sites.
-Worker completes availability form and receives schedule for the entire week.
-Must be able to be at some work sites by 7 am at least a few times per week.

Pay: $14.85 - $23.00 per hour
