Electronic Banking Specialist
Location: Lakeview
Reports to: AVP Electronic Banking
The Electronic Banking Specialist will provide high-level customer service and support to consumers, business customers and front line branch staff for Electronic Banking Services including Online Banking, Cash Management, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Telephone Banking, and Remote Deposit. Work closely with customers and bank staff to
ensure effective communication in the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of bank products and services. Provide technical support to customers as it relates to Electronic Banking products and services. Assist in the setup ACH Originators and processing of daily transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the frontline person for all aspects of support for the Electronic Banking products.
- Process and complete the set-up for all consumer and business enrollments submitted through the website or through the branches.
- Provide training to end users, either via webinar or in person, on the proper use of the various online products.
- Provide assistance via telephone, in-person or e-mail in response to a customer inquiry or branch referral.
- Respond to or coordinate response to all messages or tickets received through the call center or online banking site.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies needed for the products like scanners, software licenses and tokens.
- Process the daily operations of various Electronic Banking applications.
- Assist senior management in developing and/or maintaining operating policies and procedures.
- Assist senior management by providing monitoring reports for the various Electronic Banking applications.
- Provide recommendations for upgrades, changes or acquisition of new products for Electronic Banking.

- Proficient Microsoft Office Program skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience working with and supporting some customer facing Electronic Banking products.
- Understanding of the bank policies and procedures.
- Associates Degree in Business or Information Technology or related field OR equivalent experience

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation plan based on relevant background and experience levels. This is a Lakeside Bank salary grade level 9 with hourly compensation range from $22.5 - $30.
