Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant and Private Banking Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service while also providing high-level administrative support to a key member of our executive team. You will be the face of our Bank for clients addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, and simultaneously manage critical administrative tasks that help our executive focus on strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating social events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Assist with special projects and research tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate and oversee executive events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled professionally and efficiently.
Private Banking Assistant Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the Bank.
- Assist clients with a variety of banking services, including account inquiries, account opening and transaction processing.
- Educate clients on bank products and services and make appropriate recommendations to meet their needs.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in client service, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
