We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage of products.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings for events or special occasions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to basic math principles for sales processing.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of banquet service is a plus but not mandatory.
