Duties

- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and assist in budgeting to optimize operational costs.

- Coordinate with bartending staff to ensure beverage service meets the standards of excellence expected by our patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or food industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
- Proven experience in staff training and development, with an emphasis on creating effective training programs.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a restaurant setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both guests and team members.
