As our Billing & Pricing Systems Specialist, you will :
- Manage and enhance our billing and pricing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain Excel-based billing templates , including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align system capabilities with business goals
- Serve as the subject matter expert for billing and pricing systems, ensuring smooth functionality
- Analyze and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements
- Support system reporting needs, ensuring financial data is accurate and compliant
- Train and support internal users to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness
