Starting Rate: $20.87-$22.76 an hour with 7% increase for second and third shift.

Work Hours: 3p-11p straight shift.

Location: South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West

As a Baler Operator, you will:

• Operate Forklift
• Load and unload trailers
• Maintain baling equipment
• Tend to the paper baling machinery
• Thread, twist or clamp bands around bales of paper
• Keep records of materials
• Knowledge of baler room processes preferred.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform adjustments to equipment
