Customer Service Representative

Dover Publications, a division of Lakeside Book Company, is an American book publisher that specializes in reissues of books that are out of print from their original publishers. Since our founding in 1941, we've built our reputation by offering remarkable products at amazing prices. We love scouring used bookstores for rare and used books that are in need of a refresh.

Work Hours: Standard Work Hours (M-F)

Location: Garden City, NY - Onsite

Starting Rate: $20-$23.50/hour depending upon experience.

As our Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Accurately input customer orders into the system
• Verify customer information and enter into the system
• Answer customer inquiries about orders, products and services
• Process orders for shipping and billing
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders

Qualifications:

• HIgh School Diploma
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate computerized order entry systems
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with a team
