Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO 65066
Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday) overtime as needed

As a Fulfillment & Distribution Supervisor, you’ll be hands-on with our kitting, fulfillment, and distribution teams — setting the pace, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement every day.

- Lead by example — set the tone, provide clear direction, and inspire your team
- Keep operations moving with smart, real-time decisions focused on quality and efficiency
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to hit their goals (and beyond!)
- Create, improve, and audit workflows that drive results
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes
- Oversee equipment maintenance and keep supplies stocked and ready
- Track goals, progress, and celebrate wins
- Prioritize safety — every shift, every team member
- 5 years of experience in a fast-moving fulfillment or distribution environment
- 2 years delivering solutions within a manufacturing setting
- 2 years leading and coaching teams
- A data-driven mindset — you like making decisions backed by facts
- A continuous improvement focus — always looking for the next opportunity to get better
