Starting Rate : $ 20.00 per hour
Work Hours : Part time, up to 40 hours on Day shift
Location : South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will :
- Assist Supervisors on implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Focus on manufacturing related projects
- Work with operations to learn the core process of making a book
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Maintain consistent application of all policies and procedures
- Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity standards are maintained
- Report out on project results
