Work Hours: Primarily day shift; 40 hours per week.
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is located at the South Plant.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

As our Training Supervisor, you will:
- Accountable for the planning, delivery, evaluation & administration of training programs to include new employee orientation, skill up, cross training, on-the-job, skill development, compliance, safety, regulatory, corporate and other training as needed
- Tracks training events, keep accurate training records, and provides reports on training progress and completion to leadership.
- Works closely with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Enhances current training programs to align with established plant goals for safety, quality, and production as well as coordinates with the management team to identify training needs and activities.
- Help departments create metrics and tracking tools as well as help create department infrastructure
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related degree or equivalent experience of the same is required.
- 5 – 10 years of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills in oral and written communications and developing presentations. Experience delivering training sessions preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications (including Google Suites and MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understands meeting facilitation principles, adult learning theory, and techniques, and best practices for creating/delivering effective training
