What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bi-Vocational Pastor position at Lakeside City Baptist Church?
Lakeside City Baptist Church located in Lakeside City TX just south of Wichita Falls TX on Hwy 79 is searching for a Bi-Vocational Pastor. We are a Southern Baptist Affiliated Church with a traditional congregation of 40 searching for a Bi-vocational Pastor. We are looking for a seminary trained pastor, with at least 2 years of experience as a pastor, a strong biblical understanding, a calling to both preach and teach, and a heart for pastoral care. While a portion of our congregation is 35-50 years old, a large portion is older and has the needs of an older congregation. We are a loving congregation and have a heart for our community and the facility to accommodate a growing congregation. Currently the salary is $1,000 per month, in the future we would love for the Lord to move His church in a direction that that could be increased.
