Job Overview
We are seeking a dock and lift crew leader. Barge operating, boat driving, experience pulling trailers is a benefit. Candidate must be able to manage a crew of guys and be responsible for installing dock and lift products. Willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of crew members, providing guidance and support throughout daily operations.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Operate barges and boats as necessary.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management regarding any challenges or changes in scope.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work with customers and make sure they are satisfied with thte completed job.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability in challenging situations.
- Ability to do physical labor, lifting 75 lbs is necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
