Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Lakeside Facility Services. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high cleanliness standards.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Job Requirements:
- must be willing to undergo a background check
- must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- experience is preferred but not required

- restocking paper products, soap, sanitizer, liners etc.
- pulling trash/taking out trash
- sanitizing all surfaces/wiping to handles etc.
- vacuuming, dry mop, mopping
- overall sanitation and cleaning of the building
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial services, preferably in a facility services environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in floor care techniques is highly desirable.
