We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our executive team and manage office operations. Duties
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee CEO management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing phone systems, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Manage and schedule CEO around company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for basic tasks and record keeping.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients and team members.
Skills
