The Frozen Warehouse Supervisor is in charge of labor, material, and work performed necessary to promote a safe, efficient, and productive frozen warehouse. This position is located at Lakeside Foods Packaging Center.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and utilize safety practices by correcting unsafe acts and enforcing plant safety programs.
- Assure compliance with all customer specifications.
- Ensure that daily productivity goals are met.
- Ensure housekeeping procedures are being followed.
- Oversee employees to ensure correct shipping and receiving of orders and materials.
- Gain a complete understanding of all production reporting systems, and utilize systems and data to ensure objectives for OEE (rate, yield, and utilization) are being optimized.
- Inform Management of all labor situations.
- Assure that each person is properly trained and performs his or her job assignments as instructed.
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
- Notify Management immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Great attendance.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Forklift driving experience.
