We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, coffee shop, and bar outlets while ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, optimize service standards, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
- Supervise and manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and adjust weekly work schedules to align with operational demands.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate shift coverage when necessary.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, assign duties, and maintain performance standards.
- Implement and uphold operational policies, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate food and beverage team members.
- Foster a positive guest experience by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, payroll processing, and reporting duties.
- Conduct hiring, performance reviews, and employee disciplinary actions as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends and implement best food and beverage operations practices.
- Directly oversee restaurant, coffee shop, banquet, and bar staff.
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle financial transactions and perform basic math functions.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including POS software.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and state liquor laws.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
