What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk (Full-Time) position at Lakeside Hotel Casino?
To assist hotel guests with check ins, check outs and accommodations needed during their stay.
1. Take phone calls routed to hotel front desk; taking/making reservations or answering guests questions.
2. Check in guests staying at the hotel.
3. Checking out guests at the end of their stay.
4. Accommodating the guests needs and requests during their stay.
5. Notifying supervisor, manager, maintenance and/or security when a problem arises.
6. Using Opera system for hotel bookings.
7. Assisting hotel housekeepers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED, hotel experience is helpful but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills required.
