What you’ll do:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing plan. This person will have the opportunity to positively impact end-to-end marketing strategy, brand consistency, and social media presence. This role is perfect for a self-starting, creative, and motivated marketing professional who ideally brings a background in commercial construction and/or real estate. This role will have two core responsibilities: business marketing and project marketing.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Business Marketing:
- Create and manage company-wide Marketing Calendar, maintain client lists/contact information, and input into CRM software as needed.
- Develop social media strategy, create content, and execute across preferred social media and scheduling platforms.
- Oversee and enhance digital marketing, web presence, and company website, ensure content is up to date and aligned with marketing plan.
- Complete final review and approval of all marketing content prior to publishing.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and coordination of all marketing materials, clothing, gifts, swag, and branded promotional items.
- Organize and coordinate company and project photography resources and efforts.
- Collaborate with team on Monthly Company Update meetings, including gathering content and formulating comprehensive company presentations.
- Assist with all BD/Marketing and company events, including team building, community outreach, holiday, sponsorship, career fair, and groundbreaking events.
Project Marketing:
- Create, edit, and assemble RFPs for local and out-of-state commercial construction projects.
- Generate neighborhood and/or owner project updates in coordination with Project Coordinator.
- Oversee creation and content of all project publications, i.e. mailers, postcards, award submissions, etc.
- Assemble SOQ books, building and staff resumes for specific target markets.
- Maintain BD contacts and relationships and attend events as needed.

Position qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, business, journalism, PR or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of years marketing or related experience
- Minimum 2-4 technical and creative writing experience, construction industry preferred
- Experience with the RFP process and creating high quality, branded RFP responses from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva or similar
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in commercial construction or real estate marketing preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
