- Develop and lead a quality culture, ensuring adherence to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
- Implement and oversee quality control processes at every stage of manufacturing
- Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, providing training and performance evaluations
- Maintain and improve quality assurance standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in quality management or engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with QMS systems and methodologies (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001)
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques
