Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a personal book of business, building lasting relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to drive project opportunities.
- Coordinate with company estimators to assemble estimates and create proposals.
- Prepare accurate and competitive proposals based on project specifications and bid documents.
- Review and interpret bid documents, blueprints, and specifications.
- Solicit requests for proposals from subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects to ensure alignment with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage owner contracts, proposals, and construction change directives.
- Develop and negotiate subcontractor scopes and contracts.
- Direct the construction effort on-site and provide assistance with the supervision of craft employees when needed.
