WHO YOU ARE
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Senior Account Management / Client Service : As the primary relationship manager for a set of accounts, you are responsible for overall client satisfaction. Manage client expectations and deliver outstanding client service to both external and internal teams. Understand clients' business goals and provide strategic PR / marketing / business strategy counsel. Play a hands-on role in proposing new strategies and regular idea generation for their clients and key stakeholders. Own relationship management and results accountability, with accurate budget and resource management across a diverse client roster.
Estimating : Develop accurate estimates of Inprela's services to support new business proposals, support existing client contracts / SOWs, and accurately report annual budgets and plans for new and existing clients. This includes regular reporting to monitor trends related to the costs associated with core services and deliverables.
Quality Control : Oversee and provide direction on resource management and content, including white papers, visual storytelling, case studies, thought leadership articles, social media posts, news releases, LinkedIn-sponsored content programs, influencer engagement, event activation, media list development, etc. Ability to conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, client industries, and competitive landscape.
Client Retention & Growth : Drive (inside sales) client retention, renewals, organic growth, upsells, and client satisfaction. This includes developing an internal facing "account plan" that assesses opportunities and risks with each account and maps specific strategies to increase client "stickiness" with them. Ability to participate in pitches and proposals for potential clients, contributing to agency growth.
Program Collaboration : Partner with other internal cross-functional teams (program strategist,
content and engagement team) to ensure that our client programs are aligned to deliver on client
objectives, deadlines, and exceeding goals.
Project Management : Lead the planning and execution of PR / marketing / storytelling campaigns. Ensure budgets and deadlines are met, and financial / profitability targets are hit. Manage workflow and the internal and freelance resources needed to get the work done.
