Overview
Our Truck Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Medium and Heavy-duty trucks in accordance with the dealership’s market share objectives.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales objectives for new truck and used truck deliveries
Prospect for customers in a designated territory or assigned account list
Proactively identify and engage prospective truck-buyers – developing strategies to grow relationships
Provides assistance to customers who can benefit from Lakeside products and services – including walk-in and call-in customers
Prepare quotes and proposals, provide test drives, and perform presentations highlighting truck features
Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for customers by telephone, making calls, or stopping in at businesses outside of the dealership
Prepare and submit sales call reports utilizing the enterprise CRM system
Qualifications
CDL license (or ability to obtain one) and a Wisconsin State Salesperson License (or ability to obtain one) are required.
Educational Requirements
A college graduate with an emphasis in Business or equivalent knowledge and experience in medium and heavy-duty trucks or the automobile industry is preferred.
