JOB SUMMARY: The Sales and Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and strategic account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion. The Sales and Account Manager is expected to meet sales targets, collaborate with other departments, and provide excellent service throughout the customer life cycle.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the client's business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information in the CRM system.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in technology sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in warm calling techniques and relationship-building strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
