Electrical Design Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or lead new product development activities (e.g., circuit design, peer reviews, product qualification planning and product qualification testing).
- Research and develop new ideas and technologies for implementation into products.
- Monitor and optimize new product development processes to ensure company quality standards are upheld and implemented.
- Prepare detailed plans necessary to complete assigned projects. Identify assistance needed by other functional groups to complete engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional local and global development teams through product definition processes, which may include system/product architecture, system requirements and detailed design requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with low power electronics design.
- Experience working with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, arb waveform generators, power supplies, multimeters).
- Knowledge and experience with Cadence schematic and layout tools is beneficial.
Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
