Maintenance Supervisor
Duties :
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to repair or improve equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
