Lakeside RV Sales in Anderson, SC is growing and currently seeking an RV Service Technician/ Mechanic to join our RV Dealership. Prior RV Service Technician experience is preferred, but we will offer training to the right individual.

Qualifications:
- Prior RV Technician experience preferred
- Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, welding, or similar required
- Must have own tools
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Operator Driver License
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of RVs as they are received
- Troubleshoot and repair of RV’s for customers, dealer stock, and warranty-no engine or frame work.
- Check out electrical, plumbing, etc. required for Pre-Delivery Inspections before delivery to customers
- Able to learn quickly about travel trailers, 5th wheels and pop-up campers.
- Carpentry work as needed: install/replace doors, flooring, cabinets, etc.
- Work Saturdays as needed
- Utilize computer system to clock in/out of jobs and record cause/correction notes for repair order
- Keep a clean and safe working area
- Follow procedures with attention to detail
- Prioritize and meet deadlines
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay. This Technician position requires general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and electrical. Basically an RV could be a pop-up, travel trailer, 5th wheel or motor home. We do not work on engine or frames of motor homes. It is a house on wheels so if you’re a good handyman, you could qualify. You would be required to provide and maintain your own tools, and keep up with the shops tools. Attention to detail, positive attitude, the ability to work efficiently and independently, and a strong work ethic is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
