What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Lakeside School District Hot Springs?
Previous secretarial experience in school management software is preferred. Must have computer knowledge, good record keeping skills, must be able to multi-task and help in other areas when needed. Must enjoy working with children.
Works in conjunction with Intermediate School Administrators, counselors and teachers to maintain student records, data entry and attendance, as well as, general office work as required.
This position begins July 2025 and is contracted for 205 days.
Salary ranges from (minimum) $25,479 to (maximum) $30,004 - based on the 24/25 SY salary schedule. Salary is based on experience. Complete classified pay-scale can be found on our school website.
