Who We're Looking For: We’re searching for passionate, enthusiastic teachers who:

• Love music and teaching: You’re patient, kind, and excited to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
• Bring energy and fun to every lesson: Whether it’s using creative games, interactive tools, or movement-based activities, you find ways to make learning music a joy.
• Follow and enhance our curriculum: For group classes, minimal lesson planning is required. For private lessons, you can adapt to each student’s individual needs while embracing our studio philosophy.
• Connect with students and families: Building relationships is key to student success.
• Are dependable and organized: You’re punctual, prepared, and ready to contribute to a positive studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach private piano lessons for beginner and intermediate students.
• Lead Lab Piano Classes for small groups in a structured yet interactive setting.
• Create a welcoming, encouraging environment where students feel supported.
• Help students prepare for performances, including our signature performance events.

Qualifications:

• Degree in music or equivalent experience (bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience playing or teaching piano (private teaching experience is a plus!).
• Ability to work with beginner and intermediate students in both private and group settings.
• Passion for working with children, though we also serve adult students.
