- Client Satisfaction: Lead client engagement and assess service effectiveness through structured after-action reviews, annual surveys, and periodic feedback analysis.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-departmental technology projects, such as LMS migrations, SIS updates, AV installations, and new-building technology initiatives. Manage vendor relationships and communications effectively. Recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
- Ticket Management: Manage, prioritize, and assign incoming tickets to ensure timely resolution and exceptional client service.
- Intern and Student Worker Supervision: Recruit, hire, schedule, and directly supervise college interns during the school year and Lakeside student workers during summer months.
- Summer Program Coordination: Provide logistical and organizational support for summer programs, including equipment allocation, account setup, and coordination of team members responsible for on-site troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate technology onboarding processes for new faculty and staff, and organize technology orientation sessions for new students to ensure smooth integration into the school's technology environment.
- Event Support: Coordinate audiovisual equipment, technical resources, and support staff required for school events, presentations, and webinars, ensuring reliable and effective technical delivery.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of project management or operational coordination experience in a technology-related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- General familiarity with IT concepts, project management principles, and client service operations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Veracross (SIS), Canvas (LMS), or similar platforms preferred but not required.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and effective under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors, and capable of de-escalating challenging situations when needed
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness, including knowledge of themselves and the cultural lenses they bring to interactions. The candidate will understand different perspectives; interact respectfully with cultures other than their own; and cultivate meaningful relationships with people that have different cultural frameworks.
- Candidates must satisfactorily complete three criminal history background checks.

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time, benefited, salary non-exempt position with a salary range of $68,000 - $75,000.
