SUMMARY
The Install Foreman will train, develop, and continuously improve the skills and productivity of the install teams to ensure a great brand experience. This position will also provide continuous review of employee skills, developing and carrying out action plans to improve skills, and disciplined follow through in measuring successful completion of goals and productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate the company’s vision and values
- Communicate and support company policies, procedures, training, and performance expectations
- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operations of the organization
- Training and mentoring for team members
- Develop and execute continuous training programs to enhance the skill set of field service employees
- Perform routine site evaluations to ensure quality standards and best practices are in line with the company’s expectations
- Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded
- Provide support in field service activities to ensure financial objectives are met
- Participate in Operations Planning processes and meetings, as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA
- Ensure the existence of a work environment conducive to teamwork
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of all LSI install processes and procedures
- 1 year of Lead Install experience
