We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties such as order intake, data entry, distributing completed work product, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Assist with production of work product.
- Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency within the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and knowledge of title software is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
