- Intelligent Matching : Build precise role, candidate, and recruiter matching to unlock massive increases in recruiters’ revenue and enable hires to be made in days.
- AI Recruiter : Harness all the data we gather to build an AI-driven recruiter that continuously learns and optimizes all aspects of the hiring process.
- All-in-One Recruiting CRM : Create a centralized, indispensable platform recruiters rely on to harness the full potential of their candidate databases.
- Customer success : Onboarding and incentives to capture hiring nuances at scale that enable recruiters to be perfectly calibrated from day 1 ->
the day a hire is made.
