We are looking for an LPN/RN looking to utilize their skills in a calm, home-like setting, caring for our residents and passing medications. The successful candidate must have an excellent bedside manner, outstanding communication skills and be administratively minded..
The ideal LPN/RN will have compassion, be a team player, and will support and train our direct care aides and CNAs.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Training, coordination, supervision and evaluation of the direct care aides and CNAs.
- Motivate staff to maintain a high level of resident care.
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Developing and implementing care plans for residents.
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health status.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educating residents and their families on health management.
- Corresponding with family members.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Protects self, co-workers and residents by following policies and procedures to prevent bloodborne and airborne diseases.
Pay commensurate with experience: LPN from $25/hour; RN from $35/hour, $70,000-$80,000/year.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
