Lakeview Behavioral Health provides services for individuals that are in need of behavioral health care. Our goal is to treat the whole person and meet each individual's needs based on their own particular situation. We provide psychiatric mental health, substance use and co-occurring services in Minnesota from our 4 locations.
We are looking to hire a MN licensed LADC to provide 245g compliant clinical services to adults via telehealth. Services rendered include: Group therapy, individual therapy, individualized treatment plans, treatment coordination and continuum of care. Other responsibilities include maintaining 245g compliant documentation and providing client centered services to ensure clinical service compliance, outcomes and client safety. Candidates will also participate in marketing opportunities and represent the agency in a positive light in the community and to referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with community-based programming, co-occurring disorders, and continuing care resources, be proficient at the 12 core functions, and have excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Must be Licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Trainee (ADC-T) by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
- Must have completed 12 contact hours in Co-Occurring Disorders
- Must be free of substance use problems for at least two (2) years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact
- Preferred Experience: At least two years’ experience providing alcohol and drug counseling services to persons with co-occurring disorders
