Responsibilities:
- Assist the front desk office manager including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- File and organize documents, ensuring all records are kept up to date and easily accessible
- Maintain phone systems, ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Utilize medical office management skills to ensure efficient patient flow, appointment scheduling, and record keeping
- Assist with calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events as needed
- Contribute to training and development initiatives for office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience in office management or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
