The Solon Community School District is in search of a Special Education Teacher for the 25-26 school year. We are in search of highly qualified candidates who have a passion for working with students with disabilities, value collaboration with colleagues, and a strong desire to learn and grow as an educator. Candidates should have a valid Iowa Teaching License with appropriate endorsements required for the position or the ability to acquire the appropriate licensure and endorsements. This position requires a Strategist II endorsement. The district is offering a $2,500.00 signing bonus for any candidate with Strat. II endorsement selected for the position (additional information provided at the time of employment offer). Additionally, if a candidate does not have the required endorsement, the district will financially support the selected candidate to obtain the appropriate endorsements.
