Job Summary:
Lakeview Farms, LLC, a leading innovator in fresh and convenient food products, is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on various HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals
Experience:
- Prior experience in property maintenance or related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficiency in air conditioning systems
- Experience as a service technician in HVAC/R industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with building mechanics and field service operations
Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology preferred
