Responsibilities
- Supervise the culinary kitchen team and the restaurant service staff
- Oversee food production processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
- Manage food service operations, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals.
- Lead and mentor staff in hospitality best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Implement training programs for cooks and kitchen staff to improve skills and productivity.
- Manage shift operations effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels and resource allocation.
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary teams, focusing on seasonal ingredients and trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and dietary requirements.
