We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cath Lab RN to join our team at Lakeview Hospital. As a Cath Lab RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the success of invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures, including transporting them to the cath lab, site preparation, and sterile procedure.
- Assist patients during the procedure, including monitoring their vital signs and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, completing all paperwork associated with procedures and preparing tests for physician interpretation.
Qualifications:
- Current nursing license in good standing.
- Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in Cath Lab or Critical Care setting.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
