Your Role
The Customer Service Position serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders. As a customer advocate, you'll ensure clear communication, accurate order entry, and timely follow-up via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Communicate with customers to receive orders, provide updates, and respond to inquiries or issues.
- Follow up on and resolve customer concerns related to service, parts, pricing, or delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by offering practical, effective solutions.
You'll be proficient in common office and ERP software.
