About the Role
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and sustain process improvements, support production goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and review automated systems and processes to enhance production efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize existing processes to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production equipment and automated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Creo and/or SolidWorks preferred) and common office applications.
- Experience with manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately within deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
