Lakeview Lawn & Landscape, Inc. offers premier property management, landscaping and construction services to commercial clients across New York State. We are currently in search of Facility Maintenance Technicians who are energetic, reliable, hardworking, team players with a positive attitude to join our company.
Daily Job Tasks May Include:
- Collection and disposal of trash and debris located around grounds
- Light landscaping detail such as pruning shrubs, removing broken branches, pulling weeds, application of weed control products, watering plant materials, etc.
- Miscellaneous cleanup of the grounds
- Maintain job site safety at all times
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass drug test and physical
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (8-10 hours per day)
- Ability to follow directions and work safely is a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
