Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, specifically targeting home improvement contractors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently updating progress in our CRM.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with contractors, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact throughout their journey.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits to present product and service offerings while building and nurturing contractor relationships, with travel comprising approximately 20% of the role.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver customized presentations that effectively showcase the value of our solutions to contractor clients.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas by employing a customer-first, solution-driven approach.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment on key goals.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm and engagement with clients.
- Stay agile and flexible in a dynamic environment, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing market demands and client needs.
- Prioritize client satisfaction by ensuring successful onboarding, support, and long-term success, contributing to customer retention and loyalty.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation, CRM entries, and communications.
- Consistently track activities and provide accurate, timely reports on performance and progress.
- Conduct at least three client meetings per day, track all activities in the CRM, and fully register five qualified clients weekly. Achieve a monthly incremental funded quota of $200K while maintaining a high-quality book of business.
- Adhere to the Company’s Compliance Standards, ensure a safe and secure work environment and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, SaaS, or channel sales, with a strong preference for experience in the home improvement sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Understanding of full sales cycles, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A driven individual with a strong work ethic and a track record of consistently exceeding goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to drive shared success.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies to meet new challenges.
