FINANCIAL ANALYST

Overview

Lakeview Loan Servicing is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with upper management to lead corporate-level budget and forecast modeling. You will also design and implement systems and procedures that drive improvements in operational performance and variance analysis. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives, coordinate resources, and provide insightful ad hoc analyses and recommendations to inform key decision-making and company growth.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, an annual bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining company's historical analysis and financial forecasting models.
• Lead the recurring budgeting and forecasting processes and support strategic planning activities.
• Support senior management on projects and assignments.
• Coordinate schedules and timelines for management budget reviews and approval process.
• Manage the communication and implementation of the approved budgets.
• Strive for constant improvement in the functionality and user acceptance of all planning models.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue enhancement or cost savings.
• Identify and incorporate new measures and benchmarks into the planning and on-going management review processes.
• Develop forecasting and measurement tools that assist in predicting and measuring performance against goals.
• Work closely with Accounting and Finance departments to ensure that planning assumptions are aligned with accounting and reporting standards, and coordinate changes as necessary to support planning assumptions.
• Provide detail analysis on variances to Sr. Financial Management and Executive Management.
• Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance.
• Utilize resources to coordinate analyses and reports that support field management.
• Work closely with all corporate and field departments to solicit input and feedback for the development and implementation of new planning or company strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clear, concise and timely communications on critical issues that involve the department.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments and team members to promptly resolve issues.
