Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and in-person instructor led training
- Provide virtual production support as part of a Facilitator/Producer virtual training model
- Create self-paced independent learning curriculum paths through our LMS
- Provide guidance/support to managers or our HR Business Partners on individual development plan training selections – both instructor-led and self-paced
- Use adult learning theory and communication style assessments to customize the learning experience for course participants.
- Provide report interpretation and feedback delivery of assessments
- Collaborate on branding and design for L&OD learning content
- Provide input on existing/future programs as part of the solution-focused Learning and OD Team
- Assess the data received from our evaluation process and interpret the impact of training programs based on performance metrics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training resources, including facilitator and participant guides.
- Create learning resources and promotional material on Canva
- Provide support on additional Learning & OD projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to use adult learning principles in both design and facilitation of training and discussion content
- Ability to build rapport with business leaders/employees
- Ability to teach, coach, and mentor both one-on-one and in a group setting
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, questions to subject matter experts and other curriculum stakeholders
- Ability to manage daily and weekly schedules effectively
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Proven competence and confidence of presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual training and meetings, including setting up sessions, managing breakout rooms, and utilizing interactive features like polls and Q&A
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in leadership development, coaching, and training in a corporate or business setting
- Ability to understand, explain, and apply adult learning theory during facilitation
- Experience working with different levels of leadership
- Strong facilitation skills to engage and inspire adult learners
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to articulate concepts clearly and effectively
- Ability to conduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps and development needs
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Ability to stay current with trends in leadership development and incorporate new methodologies
- Flexibility to adjust programs and facilitation styles based on audience and changes in the business environment
- Experience with psychometric tools (i.e. DiSC, 360-degree feedback, etc.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
- 25% or less, based on business needs
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration
- Instructor Certification in Situational Leadership II or other Ken Blanchard training programs preferred
- Instructor Certification in Crucial Conversations or other Crucial Learning training programs preferred
- Instructor Certification in Wiley’s Everything DiSC suite of products preferred

The base salary range for this role is $80-$90K; however, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, location and key skills.
